Communicate with your heart!

It is said that only 7 per cent of communication is through the words we speak. Often in a relationship, letting your inner voice speak to your partner is very important. No matter how good your relationship may be, there will always be times when it runs into difficult moments.

In these moments, it is crucial for you to express yourself- indulge in heart-to-heart talks. Be open. honest and gentle to your partner during the talk. This could be a very powerful yet loving means of communication as it allows you to connect on a deeper level rather than just simply that of the body or mind. It is the connectivity at the level of the heart, which is where the true you resides!!!

One danger of any relationship is that you presume that your partner can read you like an open book. That is not the way! No relationship is complete without communication. Take this advice: Express yourself fully to your partner from now on!

How committed are you in your relationship?

I have to say, I am quite pleased with the responses I got from my previous post "The Energy of Love'. As this is my first bogging project, the comments I received certaintly encouraged me to continue blogging. Thank you Readers!

Today, I shall discuss about the issue concerning 'commitment'. The common belief is that a relationship is supposed to be fifty-fifty or half-half commitment from both parties. GIVE UP THIS THOUGHT AT ONCE! It is this belief that has led to many break-ups.

If you do not want to follow this footpath, then give your 100 per cent without waiting to see whether or not your partner is giving anything. A loving relationship needs full commitment!!!We have been conditioned to believe that relationships are sustained by both partners giving an equal and balanced amount in order for it to be successful. To me, it will not work this way.

The moment you enter into a relationship, you should not start thinking in terms of numbers. If you are so calculative, the relationship will be reduced to a petty mindset, where each person looks at the other' s contribution before their own.If having a relationship is so important to you, why not look at relationship differently? Regard them as a source that does not dry up, even when giving all the time.

If you want to spend your life with your partner, commitment is a MUST! It sometimes means giving up something to gain something. For example, cancelling something you would like to do in order to be able to enjoy something your partner wishes to do.

You have to be committed to your relationship and without doubt, commitment comes easily if you love somebody and strongly believe in the value of commitment. Before you think I sound naggy, STAY 100 % COMMITTED if you want to preserve your relationship! If you don't follow my advice, then be prepared to regret!!!!

The Energy of Love

Remember the story of Romeo and Juliet? This romantic story is re-enacted everyday. People don 't jump in love, they fall in love. It is almost an involuntary reaction... You cannot make it occur when you want it, who you like it or even where you want it to be.

Okay, I know you must be thinking that I am saying the same old stuff again from my earlier posts. BUT , this is what everyone wants to know deep down their heart.

What is so good about falling in love? How does it contribute to our emotional well-being?Reading John Hamwee (Love's energy) , I would think that the author has some interesting views on falling in love.

According to John, The body has a particular vibrant energy. When a person falls in love, the vibration of the energy body changes, it vibrates to a different frequency, gets bigger and becomes more organised. The resultant of the expansion of the energy body is that you feel physically bigger than before, and with that goes a feeling that you are stronger, more important, more valuable. You will feel more confident and the old hibitual feeling of being small is replaced by the new experience of being big. Feelings of relief and joy come with that. This is also why falling in love can be so healing.

To change a person who lacks in self-worth into a confident and cheerful one takes alot of time and required a great deal of discipline. By contrast falling in love is like magic. You will get an instant release without the effort.

Love can heal emotional wounds. Emotional wounds affect the energy body. Say you are betrayed by your good friend. It feels like a sharp cut in the energy body. A cut that is non-physical but extremely painful. Falling in love, like Yoga or Qi Gong fill in the hole in the energy body.

Falling in love simply restore us to our true capabilities. That is why it feels so good to be in love; it returns us to our true state. No other methods can regain our senses as quickly and effortlessly as when we fall in love.

Why are you still a Single?

You can't control when, where, whom or how you fall in love. The chemistry and mystery of love are unpredictable.

No one can expect to find their soul mates when or how they like it. Whether you believe it or not, there must be someone in the universe who is right for you. All we have to do is to be open to the possibility of encountering that special one.

That s Faith- being open to the possibilites.

If you think this is great for only other people, but you don't believe that faith is going to win you a great romance, think again.

Having faith will certainly mean that you can let life suprise you. Trusting faith does not mean that we are powerless, but rather that we embrace the unknown and stop being afraid of uncertainty.

I mean liking the idea that your dream partner may look and sound nothing like the one you had imagined. Faith means that you keep your door open to dating, no matter how discouraged and frustrated you are, because you believe that ultimately the person who 's right for you will walk through it.

Are you still single? It is the lack of faith and the fear of the unknown that keep you single.
